Terms of Service

All images purchased with a Personal Usage License will be bound to the following terms:

Usage

Bearer is hereby granted permission by Stephanie Coombes Creative to reproduce the images and make an unlimited number of prints, for personal use only. Bearer agrees that he/she may not use any Stephanie Coombes Creative images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any Stephanie Coombes Creative images into competition without the express written permission of Stephanie Coombes Creative. Stephanie Coombes Creative retains the copyright to all images.

Alteration of images

No person has the right to change, modify, or in any way manipulate the images provided. This includes, but is not limited to: cropping, editing through programs such as Photoshop or Lightroom, color correction, addition of filters on social media and smartphone applications such as Instagram.

Copyright and Licensing Notice

The images that are being provided to you are licensed for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Photos may be used for editorial purposes such as newspaper or magazine articles but the publisher must purchase the images directly from Stephanie Coombes Creative. A licence for commercial usage can be obtained from Stephanie Coombes Creative for an additional fee.

Your purchase of the digital files releases Stephanie Coombes Creative from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Stephanie Coombes Creative from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. Stephanie Coombes Creative may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms. Breaches of this agreement may result in Stephanie Coombes Creative taking legal action.
